Tim Pasquale, President

Tim, an I.T. Professional for 20 years, has lead TSP for over a decade. Trained in Six Sigma methodologies for Process Improvement by GE, he understands that the symbiotic relationship between business process and technology is critical to producing effective and efficient business solutions. Tim is highly proficient in a multitude of programming languages on different platforms including .NET, Object Oriented Client/Server and Mainframe. He has extensive expertise on databases including SQL Server and Oracle.

A 1990 Villanova University graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Tim has earned his reputation through passion and dedication to high performance.

Steve Rosso, CIO

Steve joined TSP Consulting in 2010 and as CIO, he is in charge of strategic planning, vendor and partner relationships, as well as business development. He is passionate about delivering solutions that make a real difference to users and impact his clients’ bottom line.

Before landing at TSP, Steve Rosso worked as an executive level Technologist for in highly process driven service environments such as banking. He designs systems and processes with end-users in mind and seeks to foster long-standing relationships that benefit all involved. He also serves on the advisory committees for several small technology consulting firms.

Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time with family and friends. He loves to surf, snow-board and hike.

Steve has a BA in Economics from McGill University, Montreal, Canada.
